The Villa in Goa includes a fully equipped kitchenette with gas, microwave, refrigerator and dinnerware. It consists of 4 spacious bedrooms of which 2 bedroom have attached bathrooms and one common bathroom. The villa can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.

Information :
» ID proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
» Check-in 2.00pm and Check-out 11.00am.
» Extra individuals will strictly NOT be allowed within the premises even for few minutes, the booking is only for the guests who have paid for the facilities and submitted their IDs upon check in.
» House keeping will be done after every 3 days.
» Refundable Security Deposit : Rs.10,000/- to be paid. Incase missing / damage will be deducted from the same. If anything in the villa is damage/stained/broken clients will have to pay for it. Please note upon check out we need the villa retuned to us in the same condition it was given to you so we can provide the same service for the next guest.
» If any linen/ towels are stained, we request the guest pay us the full price of a new towel before checkout.
» Clients will be given a list containing the items in the villa with the price on it. Please make sure you don't demage any items or you will be charged.
» Clients are requested to switch off the all electrical gadgets before moving out of villa, as if there is any eventuality or mishaps the clieet is responsible for the same and bear the loss therefore request you to put off the lights, ac, put off the gas before leaving.
